Placidochromis milomo, commonly known as the Super VC-10 hap or Milomo Cichlid, is a freshwater fish species endemic to Lake Malawi. It's characterized by its notably thick, fleshy lips, which are used to scrape algae and aufwuchs (algae and associated microorganisms) from rocks. These fish are generally solitary and inhabit rocky areas with sediment.
