The L15 Candy Striped Pleco, also known as the Candy Stripe or Five-Barred Finless Pleco, is a freshwater fish species that originates from the Amazon basin in South America. As the name suggests, it has a striking candy-striped pattern along its body, which makes it a popular choice for aquarium enthusiasts. They are relatively small in size, growing up to 6 inches in length, and are known to be peaceful and easy to care for, making them suitable for beginner aquarists. Like most plecos, they are bottom-dwellers and are primarily herbivores, feeding on algae and other plant matter.
