Tank Requirements:

  • Due to their size, a spacious tank of at least 100 gallons (378 liters) is recommended for adult specimens.
  • Decorate the tank with plants, rocks, and driftwood to create hiding spots and simulate their natural habitat.

Feeding:

  • Red Giant Gouramis are omnivores, consuming a mix of plant matter and protein-rich foods.
  • Offer a varied diet including high-quality pellets, flakes, live or frozen foods, and blanched vegetables.
