Cynotilapia Afra Cobue Cichlid

The Cynotilapia Afra “Cobue” is a striking mbuna cichlid from the rocky shores of Lake Malawi. Known for its bold vertical stripes and vivid blue coloration, this species stands out as a lively and colorful addition to any African cichlid aquarium. Males develop intense metallic blue bodies with deep black barring and hints of yellow on the fins, while females exhibit a more subtle silver-blue tone.

Active and territorial but not overly aggressive, Afra Cobue thrives in rocky aquascapes with plenty of hiding spaces. Its compact size and dynamic presence make it ideal for both display and breeding setups.
