  • This pleco's body is elongated, and it sports the signature sucker mouth common to the Ancistrus genus.

Size:

  • At 1.5 cm in size, the L183 Starlight Pleco is a juvenile, with the potential to grow larger as it matures.

Tank Requirements:

  • These plecos are relatively undemanding in terms of tank size, and a 20-gallon (75-liter) tank is suitable for a small group.
  • Provide plenty of hiding spots like caves and crevices, as they appreciate a secure environment.
  • Maintain a temperature range of 75°F to 82°F (24°C to 28°C) and a slightly acidic to neutral pH of 6.5 to 7.5.
