It is more commonly known as the Labidochromis caeruleus or Yellow Lab Cichlid. The Yellow Lab Cichlid is native to Lake Malawi in East Africa and is highly sought after by aquarium hobbyists for its bright yellow coloration and peaceful nature.

Appearance:

• Size: The Yellow Lab Cichlid typically grows to a size of about 4 to 5 inches (10 to 13 centimeters) in length.
